We sell a curated selection of guitars and accessories, including new and pre-owned instruments. While we strive for accuracy in all product listings, slight variations (e.g. finish, wood grain, wear on used guitars) may occur.

If you have specific concerns about the condition or specifications of a guitar, please contact us before purchasing.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payments via:

  • Credit/Debit Card (via WooPayments)

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within the UK (and internationally, if applicable).

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Shipping delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our control, though we’ll do our best to assist.

4. Returns & Cancellations

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer rights. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition

  • You must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the item

Custom orders, personalised guitars, and items sold “as-is” (e.g. vintage or clearance instruments) are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Selling Your Guitar / Submissions

When submitting a guitar for sale or trade, you must:

  • Be the legal owner of the instrument

  • Provide accurate descriptions and photos

  • Understand that submission does not guarantee purchase or listing

We reserve the right to decline any guitar submission at our discretion.

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses caused by misuse of instruments or accessories

  • Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or use

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections on pre-owned guitars unless otherwise noted

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
