​The overall aesthetic of the Probett Rocket is heavily influenced by the Epiphone Wilshire and Crestwood. This was the “launch pad”, the foundation from which Damian worked. The comfort of the Fullerton designed slab models is hard to beat, so the Rocket does not stray too far from that. Early `50s lower edge contours for seated playing with late `50s contours for comfort. This version of the Probett Rocket uses a full width tenon that provides the rigidity required to make the guitar feel and sound incredible . Available with either a pivoting vibrato or adjustable wraparound bridge and with a range of pickup and aesthetic options.

​The Probett Meteor is the single cutaway brother of the Rocket.  Equal parts Tele and LP Special, delivering the snap and punch of the former together with the depth and power of the latter. All musical bases can be covered with this amazing guitar.  The Probett Meteor uses a full width tenon that provides massive contact area which gives unbeatable rigidity and vibration transfer, both critical elements in making an instrument that both sounds and feels “right”. Available with either an adjustable wraparound bridge or cut down 3 saddle bridge and with a range of pickup and aesthetic options.

The Probett SG-Teor builds on Damian’s established Meteor design – impeccable crafted set neck T-style electric guitar – and as the name suggests, adds a healthy dose of SG styling in the form of elegantly carved bevel edges. The resulting guitar has a very different vibe to the Probett Meteor – the Probett SG-Teor is more of an out and out rocker that begs to be played with gusto!

As usual with Probett Guitars, the SG-Teor can be ordered with classic PAF pickups or P90s or a combination…or ‘Trons, Gold Foils, or single coils…really you’re only limited by your imagination.
