Gibson ES-330 Ebony 2024

The Gibson ES-330 is one of the great fully hollow electric designs — light, resonant, and unmistakably alive in the hands. This 2024 reissue captures everything players love about the model: open acoustic character, fast response, and the raw yet versatile edge of dogear P-90 pickups — all wrapped in a timeless thinline shape.

This particular example is finished in Ebony and was purchased from the Gibson Garage in London — at the time the only place outside Nashville where this exclusive reissued Ebony ES-330 variant could be tried and bought in person. It has been home-used only and remains in as-new condition aside from an inconspicuous small lacquer chip on the corner of the reverse side of the headstock (to the left of the serial number). Comes complete with original case, paperwork and unopened case candy.

Built with a fully hollow thinline 3-ply maple/poplar/maple body and trapeze tailpiece, the ES-330 has a naturally warm, woody voice and an immediacy of attack that sets it apart from centre-block semi-hollows. The deep-set mahogany neck, carved to a comfortable Rounded “C” profile, places the bridge in the sweet spot for both feel and tone, while the rosewood fingerboard and medium jumbo frets make for an super comfortable playing experience.
