Description
Freshly updated for 2025, the Hurricane Standard from Ivison Guitars has the presence of a hallowed ‘Burst, blended with the simplicity of a Junior with its slab body and simplified control layout. This Hurricane has the trademark Ivison feel, reminiscent of the Golden Era classics with its ’59 carve neck profile and lightly aged vintage formulated nitro lacquer. Tonewise, the Hurricane provides the versatility of Ivison’s own deep, gutsy ’59 Spec PAF in the bridge position, and an Ivison P90 in the neck position – the pickups being wound specifically to bring out the best in this specific instrument. Comes with an Ivison Hiscox Ivory hardcase and certificate of authenticity.
