Description
Arguably the most recognised model in the Ivison Guitars line-up. this is the Korina Dakota One model famously used by Guns n’Roses Richard Fortus in their headline set at the Glastonbury Festival in 2023 and throughout their subsequent world tours, including this year’s shows here in the UK. In fact Fortus was closely involved in the design of this guitar, intrigued to explore the tonal possibilities that could be provided by pairing the natural mid/high tone boost of Korina with the bite of a mini humbucker style pickup. The result speaks for itself – an incredible stripped down rock machine that feels alive in your hands and demands to be played with vigour. The pickup is this guitar is the Ivison Freebird – wound in-house by the Ivison Guitars team and matched perfectly with the Korina wood of this guitar.
Comes with a Hiscox hardcase and certificate of authenticity.
